Janine Mair has won the HSLU Master’s Thesis Award.

advento warmly congratulates Janine on winning the award, which is presented by the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) in collaboration with the Zurich Society for Human Resources Management (ZGP).

The award recognised her Master’s thesis entitled ‘The Role of Collaborative Leadership’, which she wrote as part of her full-time MSc in Business Administration with a major in People Management & Organisation at HSLU. A three-member jury particularly commended the academic excellence, originality and high practical relevance of the thesis.

The award ceremony took place on 25 March 2026 as part of the graduation ceremony at the Hotel Schweizerhof in Lucerne. Janine also had the special honour of delivering the graduation speech on behalf of the graduates.
